Tim Thill, Superintendent 

Mr. Thill is a Pearl City graduate who returned and has been an employee since 1984. He received his Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University, Master's Degree in Educational Administration, Supervisory from Western Illinois University and Superintendent’s certificate from Western Illinois University. 

Mr. Thill has been a K-12 Physical Education teacher, Junior High/High School Social Studies teacher, coach, Athletic Director, principal and now superintendent at Pearl City for over the 20 years.

Jay Mullens, JH/SH Principal

Mr. Mullens earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Western Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administrative Leadership from Aurora University.

Mr. Mullens began his career in education as a Jr./Sr. High School History and Physical Education teacher at Lowpoint-Washburn Community School District in 2005. He spent the past four years teaching junior high Social Studies and Physical Education at Pecatonica Community Middle School before joining the Pearl City family. Other duties Mr. Mullens has been involved during his educational career include coaching baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, and track.

Chris Wallace

Mrs. Wallace has been the Pearl City Elementary Principal since 2001. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University.

Mrs. Wallace has been a Preschool teacher, a 2^nd grade and 4^th grade teacher and a Multiage teacher at the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd grade levels.  She currently teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses for teachers and others in the education field.
