Our Purpose:
The PC Booster Club is often approached to donate money to sports activities to support our student athletes. We ask for your support of the PC Booster Club. We have annual fundraisers to help generate funds to distribute amongst the Pearl City athletic programs. We sell NWIDD tickets in the fall and run an annual Golf Outing in the spring. During the school year, our most consistent way to raise funds is our concession stand at home athletic events. We strongly encourage all parents of student athletes to donate or participate in our fundraisers to accommodate these requests.

Registration for Golfers for the Golf Outing:
If you’re interested in golfing in the golf outing, please have your form and money to Amy Krolow, Heather VenHuizen, or Ashley Gronewold before May 22nd so that we have time to get the tri-blend t-shirts ready. Please remember that for only $125 you get the following: 18 holes of golf w/a cart, tri-blend t-shirt, 2 free drinks, pork chop/brat lunch, steak dinner, and a day of FUN! Raffle Baskets for the Golf Outing:
Coaches: Please check your emails after Spring Break. We are asking each program to donate a basket for this year’s raffle. The PC Booster Club account will send an email with themed ideas. Please let the PC Booster Club email account know that you got this email & are working with your teams to get these baskets complete. Please give the baskets to Heather VenHuizen, Angie Niehaus, or Ashley Gronewold by May 15th so we have time to advertise on the Facebook Event & the program..
Parents/Players: Please be on the lookout for communication from the coaches on helping them with these baskets.
Volunteers for the Golf Outing:
If you’re interested in volunteering time at the golf outing, please let Ashley know via email or text ASAP. I have a list started & will be reaching out to everyone who has signed up so far. We are planning on having a quick volunteer meeting the week of the outing to give expectations and go over the “how-to” of the item volunteered for & answer any questions that a volunteer may have. We GREATLY appreciate you giving your Saturday to help our outing run smoothly. You ARE noticed & appreciated!
PC Booster Club Concessions:
The Boosters can consistently earn funds during athletic seasons with a successful concession stand. For the stand to be successful for the fans and athletes at the games, and for us financially, we require parent volunteers of student athletes of the current sports season to volunteer for concession stand slots.
We ask for you to sign up to volunteer for 2 slots per athlete per season. The Signup Genius app will be utilized again.
