Welcome to the 2019-2020 School Year:
Registration will be completed online. To complete this process you will need to log in to your Skyward account and click on “2019-2020 Current Student Registration”. Skyward will then walk you through the steps to register your child online. (If you have more than one child you will need to repeat this process for each child). If your student will be participating in any High School extra curricular activities, please complete the drug testing form (only for 9th graders or new high schoolers to the district). After your student(s) registration is completed, the next step is to send in two forms of proof of residency (the list of acceptable items can be found on the website). Please remember, one of these forms needs to be a currently dated document.
If you would like to be considered for free/reduced lunch, please fill out the enclosed form and return it to the school attention Mrs. Janis Sheffey.
Below is a table listing various health items that need to be completed at various grade levels. All of these forms can either be mailed or emailed to the school office: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

You may utilize our school website (pcwolves.net) to pay fees and update your child’s/children’s lunch account. Fees and lunch money can be paid through e-Funds as well as extra curricular fees for all junior high and high school sports, academic and agriculture. These fees will need to be paid before the activity begins. Even if you decide not to pay online, e-Funds is a great way to keep track of your student’s lunch account.
Please utilize the school website to keep up with our current events, the calendar is updated in a very timely fashion. We will continue to send out the calendar in the newsletter. School supply lists are available at Walmart, the school website, or in the main office of the school.
Registration is NOT complete until Online Registration, Proof of Residency, forms(physicals, dental, eye) and fees (if applicable) are received in the school office.
A $25.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ACCESSED TO REGISTRATIONS

There will be walk in registration on Monday, July 29th from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm if you are not able to register online. Computer stations will be available during registration time for you to use, should you need assistance, someone will be available to help you.
If online registration is not an option and you are not able to make the registration date, please contact the school office 815-443-2715. Summer office hours are Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am-4:00 pm.
