Pearl City Sports Physicals
Thursday, June 15th from 5:30-7:00pm
Cost $25
FHN - Highlandview Drive Freeport

All students going into grades 7-12 next year that are planning on participating in a sport will need a sports physical in order to participate.  No appointment is necessary, but there are forms you need to bring that you can pick up at the school or fill out there.  Because incoming Freshmen must have a regular physical, they should not attend this night for a sports physical.  They should request a sports physical form when they get their 9th-grade physical before the school year begins.

The Board of Education for Pearl City Community Unit School District #200 is looking to renew an e-Learning program district-wide that shall permit students’ instruction to be received electronically while students are not physically present in lieu of the district’s scheduled emergency days.

The Board of Education will conduct a public hearing on the e-Learning program at 6:20pm on June 21, 2023, at Pearl City Schools, in the High School IMC at 100 S. Summit, Pearl City, IL.

Bullying and Harassment

The District does not tolerate acts of bullying and harassment on any prohibited basis, including acts of harassment based on disability, race and gender. The District has recently adopted revised bullying and harassment policies, which are available at http://www.pcwolves.net.    Any person who believes he or she has been subjected to harassment or a hostile environment should report the harassment or hostile environment to the District and the District will conduct a prompt and thorough investigation into the complaint. Persons who are found to have engaged in acts of harassment or other acts that create a hostile environment will be promptly disciplined in a manner consistent with the District’s anti-harassment and bullying policies and the student code of conduct. Bullying and harassment are best prevented by students, parents and District staff working together to identify and respond to such acts.
